Originally a young inventor working as a window cleaner, Hobie Brown created special gadgets to help him clean his windows. He created wrist and ankle bracelets to hold cartridges of cleaning fluid, steel claws for climbing walls, and special boots for climbing. When he was fired, he decided to turn to a life of crime and became known as the Prowler. He modified his cartridges to hold sleeping gas and created a mask and cape. This 7" tall mini-bust is sculpted by Mike Hill and captures the short-lived criminal in his costume
