2. HOW TO ENTER:
There is one way to enter the Dynamic Forces, Inc. Sweepstakes:

DynamicForces.com users may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting DynamicForces.com at http://www.dynamicforces.com and clicking on the Contests button or by going directly to the Sweepstakes entry page at: http://www.dynamicforces.com/htmlfiles/contest.html and entering their User Name (i.e. e-mail address) and Password and clicking on the "submit" button. Users under 13 years of age must first get a parent or legal guardian's permission to enter. There will be one drawing for this Sweepstakes: featuring one Grand Prize. Entries for the Daily Prize drawings must be received by 11:59 PM ET by the deadline outlined above. Limit of one prize per person/family/household.

LIMIT: ONE ENTRY (PER DRAWING) PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS PER 24-HOUR PERIOD (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS).

MINOR POLICY FOR ONLINE (ELECTRONIC) ENTRY: Minors under the age of 13 may enter online by providing their parent or legal guardian’s e-mail address. Dynamic Forces, Inc. will notify parent or legal guardian when their child has entered a sweepstakes at DynamicForces.com. Parent or legal guardian will have forty-eight (48) hours to object by e-mail to their child’s Sweepstakes entry. If a parent or legal guardian sends an email stating their objection within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified by Dynamic Forces, Inc., such child’s entry and information will be deleted. Minors under the age of 13 who are selected as a potential winner will also be required to provide Dynamic Forces, Inc. with a Parental Permission Form, which will be sent to the parent/legal guardian’s email address of potential winners under the age of 13. The Form must include a parent’s or legal guardian’s approval signature and be returned by mail or by fax to an address and fax number provided on the Form within seven (7) days from the date of notice in order to be eligible to receive a prize. Any minor who does not provide this Parental Permission Form within seven (7) days will forfeit his or her right to be declared a winner and/or win a prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

E-MAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Dynamic Forces, Inc. if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address. To do so, go to: http://www.dynamicforces.com and log into your DynamicForces.com account, and change your email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any e-mail method other than set forth in Paragraph 2 above are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited.

3. GRAND PRIZE (1):

Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize, as well as any and all expenses relative to participation in the Sweepstakes not specified herein. Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days after selection of winner. No substitution allowed except at discretion of Dynamic Forces, Inc. Prizes are not transferable. Dynamic Forces, Inc. reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prizes will be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the eligible number of entries received for each Drawing.

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select winners for any remaining prizes by random drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the sole property of the Dynamic Forces, Inc. and will not be returned. Winners will be determined in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of a Dynamic Forces, Inc. representative whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be notified by e-mail and may be required to complete, sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release (or, for Canadian winners, a Declaration of Compliance with these Official Rules). If potential winner does not reply to such notification, the notification is undeliverable after up to three attempts and/or the affidavit and release is not returned to Dynamic Forces, Inc., which must be signed and returned within 10 days of date of prize notification, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. In the event that a potential winner is a minor under the age of 13, his/her parent or legal guardian will be notified by e-mail and required to sign and return a Parental Permission Form and Release. In the event that this notification is returned as undeliverable, Dynamic Forces, Inc. will attempt to re-send up to three times. If no response is received within 10 days of its transmission, or should the e-mail after three attempts, be returned as undeliverable, or the form and release are not signed and returned in 10 days of date of notification, such potential minor winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If a prize is won by an eligible minor under the age of 13, it may be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days of notification. No substitutions or cash alternates for the prizes except as offered by Dynamic Forces, Inc., in their sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winners, if applicable. Winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use winner’s name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

5. ELIGIBILITY:

Employees of Dynamic Forces, Inc. and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. All federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and where prohibited by law. Canadian residents, in order to be declared a winner and/or win a prize, must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, a time-limited skill-testing question administered by telephone.

By entering, participants release Dynamic Forces, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
