Heroes
1st Signed Edition Sells Out!!!!! |
Dynamic Forces
1st Heroes Signed Edition Sells Out! 2nd signed edition and
more fundraising projects planned! Days after the signed
Heroes was offered on the DF website - http://www.dynamicforces.com,
it has sold out completely! Dynamic Forces is going to do a
second signed edition with additional signatures on Heroes -
tentatively entitled Heroes 2nd Signing - to help fill demand
and raise even more money for the New York based charities!
The first signing of Heroes #1 included the signatures of legendary
artists and current greats including: Neal Adams, Tom Palmer,
Joe Quesada, Jae Lee, John Cassaday, Evan Dorkin, John Stanisci,
Robin Riggs and Adam Kubert!
Due to
the sell out of this first signed edition, Dynamic Forces
feels that it is imperative for fans to be able to support
these worthy causes from The American Red Cross to the NYPD
and Fireman's Widows and Orphans Fund and the Twin Towers
Fund! For those fans who missed out the first time and would
like to get signed editions, DF has arranged with Marvel to
acquire second printings of Heroes, and have them signed by
some of the original artists who signed the first signed edition
- including Joe Quesada, Jae Lee and Robin Riggs in addition
to signatures by Joe Kubert, Greg and Tim Hildebrandt, Nelson,
John Romita Sr. and as many other creators that can participate
in this important second signing.
"It
is really great that these creators have done double duty
by not only contributing the artwork for the book, but also
signing them so we can raise as much money as possible for
the above mentioned charities. We could never have done it
without them!" said Nick Barrucci, president of Dynamic
Forces "Considering that we sold out so quickly we know
that the demand is there for fans to help raise as much money
as possible, and this is the best way we can think of -- pleasing
the fans -- and meanwhile supporting the charities as much
as possible."
This second
signed edition is expected to sell out quickly as well. All
current orders that are unfilled on the first Singed Edition
will be filled with the second signed edition. Dynamic Forces
goal is to raise at least $50,000.00 (and even more if possible)
for the NY based charities - including The American Red Cross,
The NYPD and FDNY Widow's and Orphan's Fund and the Twin Towers
Fund. All orders on the second signed edition will begin to
be available for shipping around December 4th.
With the
Holidays fast approaching, Marvel's Heroes book, and the money
that it's raised for the victims of 9/11, exemplifies what
the season of giving is all about. With this second signed
edition, Dynamic Forces hopes to add to the spirit of the
season. Thanks for your continued support.
