Dynamic
Fundraisers for New York City Charities! |
As we continue our efforts
to raise money for the New York charities for the September
11th tragedy - the charities include the New York Police Dept.
and Fire Dept. Widows and Orphans Fund, The American Red Cross
and The Twin Towers Fund. Dynamic Forces would like to thank
all the fans and retailers that have supported this effort.
We are approaching and are about to exceed a combined total
of $50,000.00 in advance sales on the Marvel Heroes book (both
signed and unsigned), the Joe Jusko painted lithograph featuring
Captain America saluting our fallen heroes and The Incredible
Hulk: Ready for Battle lithograph by Randy Queen. We could not
have done this without the support of our peers and the fans
in the comics industry. Please go to http://www.dynamicforces.com
and check out each of these items. The power behind the Joe
Jusko litho is incredible. Joe Jusko formerly a police officer
in the New York Police Department was extremely moved by the
happenings of Sept. 11th.
Randy
Queen, fan favorite Darkchylde artist, has now created this
Incredible Hulk lithograph to help raise money for the charities.
Plus, the creators who took their time out to sign the Heroes
book from Joe Quesada and Jae Lee to Robin Riggs, Sean Chen
and Greg and Tim Hildebrandt, we would like to thank them
all. And a special thanks to Joe Michael Straczynski and Top
Cow Productions in working with us to create limited edition
Rising Stars' box topper cards featuring Patriot and waiving
their royalties so that the funds can go to the Police and
Fireman's Widows and Orphans Fund. Dynamic Forces is continuing
to sell these great products and we would like you to check
them out on our website.
A special
thanks goes to Wizard Magazine, Wizardworld.com, Diamond Comic
Distributors, Marvel Comics and all retailers and fans that
have supported this effort. Diamond Comics offered the Heroes
books and donated $1700 to the New York based charities, Marvel
Comics who provided us the Heroes books to have signed and
to fill the orders and waived their royalties on the lithos
and Wizard Magazine and Wizardworld.com who are auctioning
off the Joe Jusko original painting and donating all the money
to NYPD and NYFD Widow's and Orphans Fund.
