Dynamic
Forces Kicks off it's Partnership with Crossgen with two
stunning Lithographs! |
Runnemede,
NJ-The first fruits of the newly forged partnership between
CrossGen and Dynamic Forces show up this November,
and they are incredible! The debut releases are two lithographs,
one featuring Sephie, the star of Meridian, and the other
featuring Ethan, the hero of Scion.
"Sephie's
Sadness," the Meridian lithograph features artwork
by original Meridian artist Joshua Middleton as Sephie realizes
that she has forever lost her father to death. The image is
one of tender heartbreak, a child realizing that thanks to
the hand fate has dealt, she must now put her childhood behind
her, and step into the role of a young woman. Inked by Dexter
Vines with colors by Michael Atiyeh, this lithograph
is ready to frame, and will be the prize image of any CrossGen
fan's collection.
"Death
of a Hero" is the title of the Scion lithograph and
shows Ethan cradling the body of his dying brother, Artor,
the searing final image from Scion #6. Jim Cheung's
artwork, placing Ethan and Artor in the foreground of a wide
shot perfectly captured the despair of Ethan, as he becomes
acutely aware that he is now truly alone. The Scion lithograph
is also ready to frame, and is inked by Don Hillsman III,
with colors by Caesar Rodriguez.
Both lithographs
measure 18 x 24 inches, and are printed on museum-quality
stock that will stand up to years of display. Regular editions
of each retail for just $19.99, while a special edition of
the Meridian litho, signed by writer Barbara Kesel
and Michael Atiyeh retails for $29.99. A special edition
of the Scion lithograph, signed by Ron Marz, Jim Cheung,
Don Hillsman III, and Caesar Rodriguez is available for $49.99.
Stay tuned
in the coming months for more CrossGen/Dynamic Forces exclusives,
including lithographs featuring Mystic, The First, and a portfolio
