Thirty years before the Super Human Registration Act started Marvel's Civil War, the mutants faced the Mutant Registration Act in a crossover event called "Fall of the Mutants"! The "Fall of the Mutants" had devatsing effects on the Marvel universe that are still being felt today: Warren Worthington, the Angel, is revealed as Apocalypse's forth Horseman, Death; the New Mutant called Cypher is killed, and a group of X-Men are sacrificed to save the world.
